Roy B. Blumenstrauch, M.D.

Dr. Blumenstrauch grew up in Southern California and graduated as valedictorian of his high school class of 1100 students. with high honors including summa cum laude and membership in Phi Beta Kappa honors society. He went on to attend University of California in Los Angeles, CA where he graduated with a B.S. Degree in Biochemistry. He remained at the University of California at Los Angeles to attend medical school. Dr. Blumenstrauch completed his internship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Los Angeles and his residency at the University of California at Los Angeles.

Dr. Blumenstrauch has been in private practice from 1988 to present in General Dermatology; specializing in

  • Clinical Dermatology
  • Skin Cancer Surgery (Mohs Micrographic Surgery)
  • Cosmetic Dermatology
  • Liposuction

He presently resides in Santa Monica, California with his wife Laurie and their seven children. He enjoys travel, playing the guitar, and a variety of outdoor activities including hiking and camping. Languages spoken other than English are Spanish, French and Hebrew.
